Mobile Tesla Service in Tustin
Tustin shares a border with Irvine, where we're based. Practically speaking that makes it one of the two or three easiest cities for us to reach, which matters when you want something done this week rather than whenever a service center has an opening.
Home, or work, or the office lot
Tustin splits neatly into a few kinds of parking. Tustin Ranch and the neighborhoods east of Jamboree are mostly single-family homes with driveways and garages, which is the simplest situation there is. Old Town has older, narrower lots where street parking is sometimes the better bet. Tustin Legacy mixes newer homes with a lot of office and commercial parking.
All three work for us. The one that surprises people is the office lot: a rotation takes about thirty minutes, so booking one during your workday costs you nothing except unlocking the car. We text you when we're done.
Tustin sits at the junction of the 5 and the 55, and a lot of people here put real highway mileage on their cars. Tesla's rotation interval is every 6,250 miles, or whenever the tread depth between front and rear differs by 2/32". A heavy commuter can hit that in four or five months. How we do a rotation
Jack pucks go into the four reinforced lift points before the jack touches the car, because the floor of your Tesla is the battery pack and lifting anywhere else can be an expensive mistake. We cross-rotate, moving tires diagonally so wear evens out left-to-right as well as front-to-back — Tesla's own mobile service typically does a same-side swap instead. Every lug nut gets torqued to 129 ft-lbs with a calibrated wrench, in a star pattern, by hand. If you want the detail, we wrote about jack points and torque specs.
What we don't do
No warranty work, no collision repair, no drive unit or battery service, nothing high voltage. Tustin owners are close to Tesla's Costa Mesa service center, and if your car needs them rather than us, we'll tell you.
